- AI-generated content created through our platform is owned by you

- We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance or updates
- Usage limits may apply based on your subscription plan
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

- Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees
